Sales Manager – NPL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Acquisition of unsecured retail non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios

• Presentation of the company's collaboration models: commission-based collection (both pre-legal and legal collection)

• Active engagement within the Romanian collections market, including participation in industry events and professional communities

• Comprehensive coordination of the contract signing process

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in acquiring portfolios for pre-legal or legal debt collection, and/or in the buying and selling of NPL portfolios

• A well-established professional network with direct connections to key stakeholders in the Romanian collections market, facilitating swift acquisition of NPL portfolios

• Proficiency in both Romanian and English

• Based in Bucharest and open to business travel
