This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquiring new customers by identifying and engaging potential clients within the specified market segment.
• Cultivating and sustaining relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Overseeing the complete sales cycle – from lead qualification and presentations to negotiations and finalizing deals.
• Assessing customer needs and formulating suitable solution proposals.
• Crafting and presenting product demonstrations, showcases, and pitches customized to meet customer requirements.
• Developing and maintaining the sales pipeline and forecasts, utilizing the CRM system (HubSpot) to manage and monitor leads and opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, Solution Consulting) to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Engaging in customer events, industry gatherings, and trade shows.
• Several years of experience in B2B software sales (preferably SaaS), ideally in digital procure-to-pay solutions, payment solutions, or similar software such as finance or ERP systems.
• Demonstrated success in building and closing sales deals/projects.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a structured work approach.
• Proficient in both German and English at a business level.
• University degree (Bachelor and/or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
