This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Develop and expand your own customer portfolio in the North-West focus area.
β’ Assist prospects from the initial outreach to the finalization of contracts.
β’ Act as the representative of LAVA ENERGY at trade shows, industry gatherings, and within your personal network.
β’ Collaborate closely with technical sales support, project management, and executive leadership to transform concepts into practical solutions.
β’ Sales experience, preferably with a background in the real estate or energy industries.
β’ A strong passion for the housing sector, innovation, and climate-friendly energy solutions.
β’ Excellent listening skills, with the ability to ask pertinent questions and craft customized solutions.
β’ Proficient negotiation skills, demonstrated closing capabilities, and a professional, genuine demeanor.
β’ An independent and organized working style, coupled with a passion for motivating others.
