This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
• Develop and implement a systematic pipeline generation strategy.
• Lead intricate, solution-oriented sales processes from qualification to closure.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at the executive level.
• Take ownership and enhance a specific set of existing client accounts.
• Discover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the Körber portfolio.
• Propel customer success and foster long-term partnerships in conjunction with delivery and customer success teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for digital transformation projects.
• Achieve annual and quarterly sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure high-quality CRM management (Salesforce) and precise forecasting.
• Oversee deal strategy, pricing, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Represent Körber at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Provide market insights to influence product strategy and positioning.
• 5–10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales.
• Proven history of new business development (exhibiting a "hunter mentality").
• Strong background in account management and revenue growth.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
• Experience in selling complex, high-value solutions.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder, extended sales cycles.
• Strong consultative and value-driven sales approach.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to engage at the C-level and influence decision-making processes.
• High degree of self-motivation and an ownership-oriented mindset.
• Analytical and organized approach to managing the sales pipeline.
