This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Accountable for driving revenue enhancement and broadening market presence for Leica’s LNT products throughout South Korea.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives.
• Oversee channel partnerships, cultivate and sustain customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve and surpass business objectives.
• Responsible for nationwide coverage, necessitating frequent domestic travel and occasional international trips.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, bioengineering, or a similar field.
• Strong self-drive and a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with the capability to work autonomously, take initiative, and propel business growth in a fast-paced market.
• At least 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales and customer support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, including universities, research institutes, hospitals, and industrial organizations.
• Willingness to acquire knowledge of basic EM imaging workflows; previous experience is advantageous, but a learning-oriented mindset is equally valued.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle complex sales cycles, tenders, and key accounts across various sectors (e.g., core facilities, universities, hospitals, industrial fields); results-driven mentality with funnel conversion expertise using SFDC or other CRM platforms.
• Comfortable using English in written communications and occasional meetings. Full fluency is not mandatory; a willingness to improve is appreciated.
