This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to meet the company's objectives and sales goals within the data cable industry.
• Oversee and enhance current customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and seek out new business prospects, fostering strong connections with key stakeholders and clients.
• Perform market analysis and research to remain updated on industry trends, competitor activities, tenders, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the effective implementation of sales strategies and customer projects.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Fully accountable for the development and growth of the assigned MMS (Multimedia Solutions) business in Germany.
• Several years of professional experience in the field.
• Familiarity with datacom (copper, fiber, connectivity) and broadband (FTTx) is advantageous.
• Possession of a network within the data center market is a plus.
• Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, and to take initiative.
• Proficiency in building relationships across diverse countries, cultures, functions, and levels within a complex environment to accomplish business goals.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other relevant commercial software packages (e.g., Salesforce) is beneficial.
