This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Business development: You proactively identify and secure corporate clients, managing the entire sales process from initial meetings to successful contract closures.
• Client relations: You assist current clients with operational inquiries and foster long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Employee engagement: You play a role in motivating clients' employees through events and communication initiatives.
• CRM oversight: You systematically record your activities in our CRM system (Salesforce), facilitating effective collaboration.
• Sales enhancement: You provide optimization recommendations and innovative ideas to enhance the success of the sales function.
• Collaborative teamwork: You collaborate closely with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Sales expertise: You possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in B2B sales and are eager to apply your skills in a growing market.
• Local knowledge: You are from Mönchengladbach or Aachen, or have sufficient familiarity with the region's culture, people, and characteristics.
• Goal-oriented: You are driven by taking responsibility for your own achievements.
