This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.
• Plans, directs, and oversees the activities of a sales team within a designated region/district/geography to meet established sales objectives.
• Develops and/or executes business strategies for both current and prospective accounts.
• Manages the daily operations of a sales team to implement the organization's comprehensive sales strategy for a specified region/district/geography.
• Cultivates and maintains robust relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions to facilitate selling, market development, service initiatives, and clinical programs.
• Identifies opportunities and formulates new programs to fulfill the organization's sales objectives aimed at enhancing market share.
• Evaluates the necessity for introducing new selling programs and processes, conducts competitive analyses, and executes strategies accordingly.
• Provides coaching to sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services, marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and sales techniques, procedures, and standards to help them achieve their sales goals.
• Requires practical knowledge in sales, business development, and management, along with the ability to lead and manage the execution of processes, projects, and tactics for one or more products.
• Typically possesses advanced knowledge and skills within the sales discipline, understanding the impact of their work on various areas of the organization.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree (or a degree earned outside of the United States that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of pertinent sales and leadership experience.
