This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Meet or exceed financial objectives.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at achieving business outcomes aligned with the overall sales plan.
• Attract and retain exceptional talent within the sales division.
• Foster high levels of activity by organizing team prospecting sessions with direct reports.
• Ensure each team member is skilled in building and nurturing C-level relationships.
• Provide guidance through clear communication of the global strategy.
• Regularly coach and develop direct reports.
• Enhance the team's success through impactful leadership and mentorship.
• Take responsibility for your own professional development while supporting the growth of the team.
• A minimum of 7-15 years of consultative sales experience in high technology (services, software, or hardware).
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Internal applicants should have a proven record of successful financial performance.
• Over 2 years of QB sales experience in Gartner MA or management experience at Gartner.
• Proven capability to lead, mentor, and inspire sales associates.
• Strong business acumen, forecasting abilities, influencing skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, sales proficiency, and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
• Experience in Public Equity is highly preferred.
