This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Accountable for meeting the revenue objectives for the entire team.
• Foster outbound business growth through self-initiated efforts.
• Cultivate a customer-centric, high-performance sales environment by effectively blending technology, teamwork, and processes.
• Supervise and proactively manage daily sales activities and key performance indicators.
• Recruit, hire, assess, train, and lead the team in alignment with budgetary goals to surpass revenue targets.
• Formulate and implement a vertical-focused sales strategy, consistently achieving monthly revenue goals.
• Actively oversee and stimulate funnel growth while providing accurate forecasts to senior management weekly.
• Guide the application and enforcement of sales policies and procedures in line with company standards.
• Partner with various internal teams to enhance sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain consistent and dependable attendance.
• At least 4 years of relevant management experience in a sales or sales-related environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical abilities are essential.
• A self-motivated sales professional capable of adhering to company policies and collaborating cross-functionally to meet performance goals.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and follow-up communication skills.
• A positive attitude with an outgoing and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
