This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue targets and surpassing the expectations of customers based in India.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients and potential customers.
• Perform market research and analysis to discover new business prospects and remain updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Execute and manage a systematic sales process to ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and closure.
• Generate precise sales forecasts and deliver regular updates on sales performance, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction.
• Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to optimize revenue and profitability.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the IT services sector, particularly with large System Integrators.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales goals and exceeding expectations in a competitive landscape.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in verbal and written forms.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of the IT services market and the process of selling IT Services.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and adjust schedules to meet client needs.
• Ability to travel throughout India.
