This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Market Expansion: Proactively extend our reach into new areas (UK, USA, and/or France)
• Deal Closure: Take ownership of and oversee the complete sales cycle — from initial outreach to finalizing the deal
• Consultative Approach: Grasp client challenges and deliver factual, value-oriented solutions instead of marketing buzzwords
• Strategy Development: Create and enhance tactics to effectively scale our international sales initiatives
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German along with one additional primary language (English or French) at native or near-native proficiency
• Sales Expertise: Regardless of whether you have 2 or 20 years of experience — you thrive on closing deals and can operate independently
• Effective Communicator: Engage in direct communication, practice active listening, and exhibit authenticity
• Tech Savvy: Passionate about SaaS and experienced with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
