This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will provide advice and sell our extensive product range — including photovoltaics, battery storage, heat pumps, wallboxes, and our innovative energy management system “Heartbeat” — to homeowners and small businesses.

• A significant portion of your sales activities will be conducted remotely (via phone or video consultations), enabling you to reach a greater number of customers each day and manage your time efficiently.

• You will independently plan and organize your customer meetings, consultations, and proposals — flexibly, efficiently, and always with a focus on the needs of your customers.

• You will benefit from prequalified leads provided by the 1KOMMA5° Group — demonstrating genuine purchase intent, eliminating the need for cold calling.

• You will guide your customers from the initial contact to contract signing — ensuring clear, transparent communication and customized solutions.

• In collaboration with our project coordination and technical site management, you will facilitate a smooth transition and support projects until successful completion.

• You will actively contribute ideas to enhance our sales processes, thereby influencing the success of your region.


⛳️ Requirements

• You are highly motivated to embark on your sales career — or you possess prior experience in selling complex products to private customers, preferably in photovoltaics and/or heat pumps.

• With your excellent communication skills, empathy, and approachable demeanor, you can address our customers' concerns and inquiries in a personalized and transparent manner.

• You have a solid technical understanding and can convey complex concepts in an easily comprehensible way — engaging on equal footing with your conversation partners.

• You are eager to continuously develop and remain at the forefront of a dynamic industry with up-to-date knowledge at 1KOMMA5°.

• Finding joy and conviction in your work is as important to you as it is to us — you aspire to make a meaningful impact and contribute positively.

• You possess very good German language skills, both written and spoken — confident in customer interactions at a commercial/business level.
