• Responsibility for sales and acquisition: Engage in telephone and digital outreach to healthcare professionals (HCPs) — particularly general practitioners and orthopedists, medical care centers (MVZs), and, when relevant, other specialist groups — from the initial contact to the closing call.
• Facilitate online training sessions, presentations, and informational meetings regarding our products (focus: DiGA — digital health applications).
• Highlight the advantages of our digital therapies for patient care and daily practice operations.
• Support and relationship management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with HCPs and their teams.
• Oversee assigned practices throughout the entire sales funnel — from initial contact to the successful integration of our digital therapies into routine practice (measurable by defined KPIs).
• Make independent decisions and execute necessary measures to meet targets.
• Assist the field team with initial outreach and scheduling appointments for field service.
• Conduct follow-up calls after field service visits.
• Provide organizational support to the field service team.
• Ensure systematic and complete documentation of all sales activities within our CRM system (Pipedrive).
• Some professional experience in inside sales, preferably within the healthcare sector (pharma, MedTech, e-health, DiGA).
• Motivated career changers with a strong affinity for sales are encouraged to apply.
• An empathetic and professional approach when engaging with HCPs.
• High levels of self-motivation, perseverance, and resilience.
• Strong inclination towards telephone sales and proactive outreach.
• Willingness to make a significant number of phone calls daily.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Proficient use of digital tools, especially CRM systems like Pipedrive.
• Business-fluent in German (both spoken and written).
• Experience with digital health applications (DiGA) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks is desirable.
• Basic technical knowledge of digital products is also advantageous.
