This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Establish and further enhance the sales region of Northern India.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at reaching sales targets.
• Expand current key accounts and sales partnerships while identifying and leveraging new market opportunities.
• Align sales operations with other departments, such as technical sales and customer support.
• Develop and implement the annual sales budget.
• A degree concentrating on Agricultural Sciences, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business/Economics, or Veterinary Medicine.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the animal feed industry, particularly in selling feed additives.
• A strong customer-centric approach coupled with a passion for achieving sales success.
• Substantial experience in companies with international operations.
• Openness to international travel.
• Proficient in English and fluent in at least one Indian language (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Kashmiri).
• Flexible work arrangements.
