This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead and cultivate the commercial team (sales force), fostering engagement, performance, and ongoing growth;
• Manage and assess commercial outcomes, ensuring the attainment of targets and area KPIs;
• Oversee and enhance commercial processes, guaranteeing operational efficiency and quality;
• Supervise branch management with a strategic approach and a focus on results;
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, enhancing partnerships and business opportunities;
• Conduct field visits with Sales Executives, aiding in negotiations and team development;
• Train, coordinate, and oversee the growth of new sales executives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy.
• Bachelor's degree (completed);
• At least 5 years of experience in the commercial/sales domain;
• Background in the medical/hospital sector with a commercial emphasis;
• Proven experience in people management and team development;
• Familiarity with strategic planning and KPI management;
• Strong business acumen, leadership, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
