This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Lead B2B sales initiatives for iGaming platform solutions throughout Europe
• Identify, engage, and secure new operators, aggregators, and strategic partnerships
• Create and implement regional sales strategies that align with revenue objectives
• Oversee the entire sales process: from lead generation to negotiation to deal closure
• Establish and nurture strong relationships within the iGaming ecosystem
• Perform market research to analyze trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Leadership
• Ensure accurate tracking of the sales pipeline and maintain sales forecasts
• Minimum of 3 years experience in iGaming sales or business development
• Demonstrated success in B2B platform sales (Casino / Sportsbook)
• In-depth knowledge of the European iGaming markets and regulations
• Established connections with operators, affiliates, and aggregators
• Proven track record of successfully closing high-value enterprise deals
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry engagements
