This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as the product authority for our Controls and Flow Solutions portfolio, assisting Account Executives during customer interactions and sales initiatives.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers, converting intricate technical features into persuasive commercial advantages.
• Aid in the creation of tailored customer solutions by working closely with sales, engineering, and product management teams.
• Engage in account planning efforts and provide market, product, and application insights to bolster customer growth strategies.
• Serve as the strategic liaison between commercial and technical teams, ensuring a balance between customer needs and technical viability.
• Collect Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback and convert market insights into suggestions for product improvements and future development focus.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Management and Marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Contribute to the financial success of the product portfolio by aiding in revenue growth and market penetration goals.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder reviews to discuss product performance, market trends, customer insights, and strategic priorities.
• Represent the organization at industry events, customer workshops, trade shows, and technical conferences.
• Track market trends, competitor actions, and new technologies in HVAC, controls, and heat pump applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Application Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Sales, or a comparable customer-facing technical position.
• Professional proficiency in English and the local market language.
• Strong background in the HVAC industry, ideally with experience in controls, sensors, refrigeration, heat pump systems, or related technologies.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both engineering teams and commercial stakeholders.
• Exceptional presentation and customer engagement abilities.
• Experience in translating technical concepts into customer-centric value propositions.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable presenting to OEM customers, distributors, and internal leadership teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
