This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquiring and nurturing clientele within the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, hotel chains, restaurants, system gastronomy, student accommodations, serviced apartments)
• Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with operators, owners, investors, and key decision-makers at both regional and national levels
• Identifying, developing, and qualifying sales opportunities while managing projects and framework agreements in a methodical manner
• Crafting competitive proposals in close partnership with internal departments, presales teams, and external collaborators
• Providing consultancy to clients on IT infrastructure, emphasizing enterprise networking solutions (e.g., LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, network security, cloud connectivity, WiFi for guest and back-office areas)
• Evaluating market and competitive trends within the hospitality sector to pinpoint growth opportunities
• Representing the company at industry events, hospitality trade fairs, and networking functions
• Collaborating closely with partners, including system integrators, distributors, and complementary manufacturers
• You possess experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or service sectors.
• You have a proven history of managing key accounts and fostering long-term customer relationships.
• You understand the standard decision-making processes of hotel operators, restaurant chains, or real estate firms.
• You possess a solid technical comprehension of enterprise IT solutions, particularly in network infrastructure, WiFi, and IT security.
• You communicate, negotiate, and present with assurance and clarity.
• You are open to traveling within Germany as necessary.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
