This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead the commercial strategy: Formulate, enhance, and execute sales strategies to meet targets and increase market share in France.

• Discover new business opportunities: Identify and secure prospects in key product categories such as dispensing systems (pumps, airless...), applicators (sticks, lipsticks...), caps, bottles, jars, etc.

• Enhance customer partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with key clients, thoroughly understand their needs, and offer customized, high-value solutions.

• Engage with customers: Actively support clients, resolve their issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Oversee the sales budget: Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize growth.

• Analyze and optimize: Utilize sales data to identify trends, uncover new opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate across functions: Partner closely with Development, Operations, R&D, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and the delivery of top-tier solutions.

• Reporting and communication: Create clear and relevant sales reports for management that highlight results, challenges, and action plans.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience (3–5 years) in a commercial/sales position, preferably in the rigid packaging industry; experience with contract manufacturers is advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge of the personal care and home care markets.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities, with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels.

• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.

• Native French speaker with advanced proficiency in English.

• Proficient in additional European languages.

• Experience in the French industrial sector or a solid understanding of local market dynamics.

• Excellent capability to analyze commercial data and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Strong presentation skills, with experience in communicating with senior management.
