Sales Manager – HiScout

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a sales strategy that fosters repeatable and scalable revenue through license sales, subscription models, renewals, and cross-/upselling.

• Carry out the complete go-to-market strategy: from generating leads to closing deals and managing renewals.

• Leverage marketing for growth: refine target demographics and personas, and create campaigns and content that yield high-quality leads.

• Collaborate closely with platform, module, and project teams to ensure customer needs are realistic and value propositions are effectively communicated.

• Engage in partner management: maintain shared customer databases, collaboratively pursue strategic accounts, and exchange expertise.

• Conduct revenue planning, regular forecasting, and take responsibility for order intake.

• Serve as the external representative for HiScout: at conferences, with key accounts, partners, and in public settings – embodying HiScout’s presence in the market.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within compliance, data protection, or IT security sectors.

• Demonstrated success in license/subscription sales, renewals, and cross-/upselling.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally.

• Confident demeanor as the company's representative with customers, partners, and during events.

• Familiarity with common CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Confluence).

• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English (business proficient).

• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
