This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing and nurturing current customers with High Voltage (HV) potential
• Enhancing and organizing the HV customer portfolio within Germany
• Managing proposals for HV project tenders, including collaboration with stakeholders
• Creating and sustaining a commercial and technical database necessary for project proposals
• Comprehending and managing the project bidding processes for HV cables
• Evaluating and responding to tenders from Power Utilities
• Assessing and interpreting technical specifications related to HV cable systems
• Directing commercial negotiations with clients
• Preparing and overseeing TPA files and DOA documentation
• Traveling as needed to engage with customers, utilities, and manufacturing facilities
• Proficient in both English and German
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar discipline
• Multiple years of experience in HV sales, project sales, or with power utilities
• In-depth knowledge of HV cable systems and technical specifications (essential)
• Experience in bid management and utility tenders (essential)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Willing to travel
• Strong collaborative skills, results-driven, and a proactive approach
• Capable of making decisions, critical thinking, and effectively solving problems
