This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will provide advice and sell our extensive product range, particularly focusing on heat pumps, to homeowners in the Münster–Osnabrück–Bielefeld area.

• You will independently organize and structure your on-site meetings and consultations, consistently operating with reliability and a customer-centric mindset.

• You will ensure clear communication and create customized solutions — from the initial contact through to the successful completion of projects.

• On-site, you will address key technical inquiries related to heat pumps, photovoltaics, air conditioning, wallboxes, EMS (energy management systems), and dynamic electricity tariffs.

• If you lack certain knowledge, we are here to support you — what matters most is your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.

• Our pre-sales team will pre-qualify your leads and arrange your appointments, enabling you to focus on customers who are genuinely interested.

• You will serve as the main point of contact between pre-sales, clients, and project coordination, significantly contributing to seamless installations.

• A company vehicle, which can be used for personal purposes, will be provided for your field visits.

• You will thrive in a dynamic environment and are driven to contribute to a sustainable future through modern energy systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess experience in technical sales, preferably in B2C field sales, and are passionate about renewable energy, particularly heat pumps and photovoltaics.

• You work autonomously, in an organized manner, and with a solution-oriented approach when advising clients.

• While you may not yet be a heating expert, you have a strong intrinsic motivation to rapidly acquire technical knowledge or have already gained substantial knowledge independently.

• Your communication abilities and customer service orientation enable you to build trusting relationships with clients.

• You are digitally proficient, quickly learn new tools, and utilize them to enhance your workflow.

• As a team player, you maintain a positive attitude and actively work towards common objectives.

• You are fluent in German (C2 – Must-have) and possess a Class B driving license (Must-have).
