This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Customer Acquisition & Consulting: You will engage new clients from the healthcare sector and showcase how our software solution can be seamlessly integrated into existing IT systems.
• Key Account Management: You will oversee strategically significant existing clients, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and conduct negotiations until contracts are finalized.
• Proposal & Solution Development: In collaboration with the sales and product teams, you will create customized proposals that are both professionally and technically compelling.
• Networking & Market Presence: You will utilize any existing connections within the healthcare sector, participate in industry events, and represent our company in a professional manner externally.
• Field Sales: You will frequently visit clients on-site and excel in building and maintaining trusting relationships with decision-makers over the long term.
• You possess initial experience in selling software solutions or services within the healthcare sector.
• Whether you completed vocational training or have a university degree, practical experience is what matters most to us.
• You have a strong affinity for IT and are familiar with the common interface standards utilized in healthcare.
• You enjoy working in field sales, are outgoing, persuasive, and possess strong closing skills.
• You maintain composure, structure, and a solution-oriented approach even in challenging situations.
• You communicate eloquently, confidently, and in a target-group oriented manner in German, whether addressing IT managers or executive leadership.
