This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are well-acquainted with the market, comprehend our customers' challenges, and are accountable for the success of your sales territory.
• Client acquisition and development - You actively cultivate relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities, anticipate staffing needs early, and nurture existing customer relationships into enduring partnerships.
• Successful sales management - You autonomously plan and oversee your sales activities, monitor your KPIs and sales pipeline, and ensure that opportunities are converted into successful transactions.
• A dependable point of contact - You serve as a trusted advisor to your customers on staffing issues.
• Focus on solutions rather than problems - Whether handling a complaint, addressing a short-term staffing requirement, or navigating a challenging customer situation, you take pragmatic action, find effective solutions, and foster trust through reliability.
• Maintain awareness of your network and the market - You build a robust network within the healthcare sector, track market trends, and identify new business opportunities within your area of responsibility.
• Completed vocational training in a commercial field, a university degree, or a comparable qualification.
• Sales experience, preferably in personnel services (staffing) or the healthcare sector.
• A passion for proactive customer engagement and establishing long-term relationships.
• A strong understanding of customer needs and advisory situations.
• A structured and independent approach to work.
• Organizational skills and the ability to maintain oversight even in dynamic environments.
• Confident presence, negotiation abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• An interest in the healthcare market and developments in nursing/care.
• The ability to collaborate with people on an equal level — clear, dependable, and tactful.
