This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquisition of new customers by identifying and engaging potential clients within the designated market sector.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships across all organizational levels.

• Overseeing the complete sales cycle – from lead qualification to presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Assessing customer requirements and crafting customized solution proposals.

• Preparing and delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and pitches that are aligned with customer needs.

• Maintaining and developing the sales pipeline and forecasts, utilizing the CRM system (HubSpot) to manage and monitor leads and opportunities.

• Collaborating closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, Solution Consulting) to facilitate a successful sales process.

• Engaging in customer events, conferences, and trade shows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in B2B software sales (preferably SaaS), ideally in areas like digital procure-to-pay solutions, payment solutions, or related software such as finance or ERP systems.

• Demonstrated success in initiating and closing sales projects.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong self-motivation and focus on targets.

• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a structured approach to work.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• A degree (Bachelor and/or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
