Sales Manager, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients via phone (both inbound and outbound calls) and WhatsApp to promote additional educational products;

• Guide clients from the application stage through to a successful demo lesson;

• Address client requests and feedback;

• Manage transactions in AmoCRM in accordance with established guidelines;

• Participate in meetings with managers and attend training events.

⛳️ Requirements

• **What we anticipate from the candidate**:

• - Proficiency in German at a C1-native level;

• - Competence in English or Russian at B1-B2 level;

• - A minimum of six months experience in telephone sales;

• - Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity;

• - Ability to maintain a brisk work pace amidst a high volume of incoming tasks;

• - Familiarity with and application of sales processes;

• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and AmoCRM services.
