This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establishing your own client base within the focus region of Rhein-Main
• Guiding prospects from the initial conversation to the contract signing
• Representing LAVA ENERGY at trade fairs, industry events, and within your network
• Collaborating closely with technical sales support, project management, and management to turn ideas into effective solutions
• Experience in sales, preferably related to the real estate or energy sectors
• Passion for the housing industry, innovation, and climate-optimized energy supply
• Ability to listen, ask the right questions, and develop tailored solutions
• Negotiation skills, a strong closing ability, and a professional, authentic presence
• Independent and structured work style, along with a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring others
