This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
β’ Cultivate and enhance long-term relationships with customers.
β’ Proactively seek and acquire new B2B clients throughout Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary.
β’ Strategize, execute, and meet regional sales objectives and budgetary goals.
β’ Oversee and finalize sales projects.
β’ Conduct analyses of customer attrition and create strategies for re-engagement.
β’ Ensure customer satisfaction by professionally addressing feedback and concerns.
β’ Prepare sales reports and analyses to inform sales strategies.
β’ Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Food Technology or a related discipline.
β’ Demonstrated sales experience in Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia.
β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently.
β’ Organized, dependable, and possess a positive attitude.
β’ Valid driver's license.
β’ Knowledge of the food or beverage industry or relevant technical experience.
β’ Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with an ERP system.
β’ Strong command of both German and English languages.
β’ Home-office based position offering a high level of autonomy.
