Sales Manager – Financial Services, B2B Partner Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Secure new distribution partners in the areas of mortgage lending, building savings, and installment loans.

• Methodically grow the network of distribution partners.

• Identify and assess financial sales organizations, intermediary networks, broker pools, and institutional partners with significant business potential.

• Conduct acquisition calls independently.

• Assist potential partners in navigating the process to contract finalization.

• Represent Qualitypool at trade fairs, industry events, networking meetings, and partner appointments across Germany.

• Collaborate with Key Account Management, Partner Management, and Sales Strategy teams.

• Enhance acquisition processes.

• Help shape the sales processes at Qualitypool.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B acquisition, new customer acquisition, or partner development.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage lending, banking, financial services, real estate finance, or platform businesses.

• Completed banking apprenticeship or §34i certification.

• Structured approach to managing sales pipelines.

• Ability to effectively prioritize opportunities.

• Utilize data-driven decision-making in acquisition efforts.

• Proficient in German at a minimum C1 level, including strong negotiation abilities.

• Professional demeanor and persuasive communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Experience with broker pools, intermediary networks, regional sales organizations, or institutional partner structures (desirable).

• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales funnel management, social selling, or modern research and AI-assisted acquisition techniques (desirable).

• Experience in establishing new sales or partner management processes (desirable).
