This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers
• Facilitating regular product training sessions for our partners
• Organizing and engaging in trade fairs, industry events, and internal exhibitions
• Assessing your regional market and proactively identifying new opportunities
• Managing sales and budget responsibilities within your territory
• Working closely with your field sales team, inside sales, product management, and marketing
• Hands-on approach; proactive and results-oriented mentality
• Strong initiative and excellent organizational abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, enthusiasm, and a receptive attitude
• Enjoys on-site interactions with customers
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license (car)
• Experience in field sales or the electrical sector (preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) (preferred but not mandatory)
• 30 days of vacation annually
• Childcare support
• Company car available for both business and personal use
