This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify new partners: Leverage your creativity and digital expertise to discover potential beauty salons through various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Google).
• Cultivate relationships: Utilize your strong communication skills over the phone and during face-to-face meetings — your charisma opens doors!
• Showcase our SaaS solution and the Treatwell marketplace, effectively illustrating the advantages for each salon.
• Confidently lead negotiations to successful contract closures and celebrate every achievement.
• Diligently document your activities in Salesforce and continuously monitor your pipeline.
• Secure a minimum of 10 new salon partners each month to maximize your commission earnings.
• You enjoy direct customer interaction and thrive in communication and negotiation scenarios.
• You possess prior sales experience, preferably in field sales, and know how to engage customers on-site.
• You are dependable, enthusiastic, and self-driven.
• You demonstrate courage, humor, respect, personal accountability, and a hint of charm.
• Fluent in German — additional languages are advantageous!
• New software and digital tools present an exciting challenge, not a hurdle for you.
• Competitive compensation: €39,000 base salary plus UNLIMITED commission, with an average target total compensation of €64,000 gross/year.
• Ramp-up bonus during the first three months (€1,000 / €750 / €500).
