This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquire and onboard new clients.
• Proactively identify suitable target customers either within specialized dealers or in collaboration with our trade partners in the construction industry.
• Initiate contact and schedule appointments via phone, including conducting on-site consultations.
• Carry out needs assessments, present relevant solutions, and persuade new customers with compelling arguments.
• Develop customized proposals and guide negotiations through to a successful conclusion.
• Assist current customers and actively nurture customer relationships.
• Strategically grow partnerships and discover additional potential opportunities.
• Conduct application and product demonstrations at construction sites.
• Provide on-site and virtual briefings and training, addressing technical inquiries.
• Organize your sales week independently while maintaining focus on KPIs.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in new customer acquisition or technical field sales.
• Enjoy hands-on work and possess technical acumen—ideally with some experience in building technology, trades, or surveying.
• A valid driving license (Class B) and a willingness to travel daily for field assignments.
• Empathy, strong closing abilities, and the capacity to inspire trade partners and end-users about products and solutions.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and disciplined—you work independently, show resilience, and are undeterred by rejection.
• Excellent communication skills and business-fluent German, both written and spoken.
• A results-driven mindset with a desire to exceed targets and celebrate successes.
