This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquire new clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Represent our organization from the preparation of proposals to the signing of contracts.
• Ensure growth by establishing a robust sales pipeline.
• Create sales forecasts and monitor their development.
• Identify key accounts and assess new opportunities for growth.
• Strategically plan customer meetings and field activities.
• A completed commercial or business qualification is preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales is essential.
• Demonstrated ability in acquiring new customers through phone, email, and social media.
• Proficient in MS Office and a CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
• Excellent command of the German language (C2) in both spoken and written forms.
• English proficiency at level B2; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• A valid driving license (Class B) is required.
