This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquire new clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Present our company and solutions, overseeing everything from proposal development to contract finalization.
• Propel growth by creating and sustaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Generate sales forecasts and track performance against those forecasts.
• Identify key accounts and assess new growth opportunities.
• Strategically schedule customer appointments and field visits.
• Demonstrated experience in sales or a comparable position within the parking management sector or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the industry, encompassing current trends, challenges, and competitors.
• Familiarity with parking management solutions, camera-based license plate recognition technologies, and corresponding services.
• Awareness of the needs and requirements of B2B clients in the parking management domain.
• Proven track record in acquiring new business and developing a high-quality customer portfolio.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and methods for lead generation, customer acquisition, and contract negotiation.
• Proficient in MS Office and a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
• Excellent German language skills (C2) – both written and spoken.
• Upper-intermediate English skills (B2); additional languages are advantageous.
• A valid driving license is required.
