This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of revenue, profitability, and growth objectives for the German sales territory.

• Identify and secure appropriate hospitals, establishing reference and training centers.

• Promote aXess to vascular surgeons, nephrologists, interventional physicians, and dialysis teams, highlighting its clinical, technical, and health-economic advantages.

• Assist users during implantations, dialysis training, and clinical applications as a Medical Device Consultant in compliance with Section 83 of the German Medical Devices Implementation Act (MPDG).

• Lead negotiations regarding pricing, contracts, and procurement with hospital decision-makers.

• Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and develop a network of reference centers.

• Contribute to reimbursement, market access, and post-market clinical follow-up initiatives within the German hospital market.

• Prepare forecasts and territory analyses, maintain the CRM system, and relay user feedback to international Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Product Development teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably within vascular surgery, dialysis access, nephrology, or interventional vascular medicine.

• Qualification as a Medical Device Consultant under Section 83 of the MPDG—or the necessary qualifications to obtain it (completed education or degree in a natural science, medical, technical, or a comparable field).

• Experience in supporting surgical procedures and/or clinical applications.

• Strong understanding of procurement and reimbursement processes in the German hospital system.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive initiative, and a desire to develop a new market.

• Proficiency in German and excellent English skills, including strong negotiation capabilities.

• Possession of a Class B driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory.

• Existing connections among vascular surgeons, nephrologists, or dialysis centers is a plus.

• Experience in launching new products or therapy categories is advantageous.

• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems is beneficial.
