This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop a strategic sales plan aimed at enhancing market outreach and acquiring new clients within the food & beverage sector, focusing specifically on sweet & dairy or beverages.
• Serve as a consultant to the management on various sales-related matters.
• Define and implement the necessary internal sales processes.
• Cultivate a robust portfolio of high-potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify target customers and evaluate sales potential, while building a comprehensive database of prospective clients.
• Engage with prospects throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to final closing, and establish strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Onboard valuable and profitable business opportunities to achieve both company and personal objectives.
• Provide reports on sales progress and generate forecasts.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Be a vital member of our customer success team.
• Manage the complete customer experience, including brief meetings, sensory test panels, workshops with the R&D department, etc., and coordinate customer projects to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Offer technical support to our clients in collaboration with internal specialist departments.
• Participate in both internal and external sensory test panels to evaluate in-house developments and market products.
• Continuously track market trends to keep the product portfolio current in partnership with R&D.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in flavors or ingredients within B2B sales for the food & beverage industry, focusing on sweet & dairy or beverages.
• Familiarity with the industry of the regional market and the ability to function as an internal consultant.
• Willingness to travel within Poland for client visits, as well as attend exhibitions abroad.
• Internal meetings in Hamburg approximately every 6-8 weeks.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• 4 weeks of remote work from other EU countries
