This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Team objective: Unlock value from the current product scope - you and your team play a crucial role in realizing this ambition.
• Your goal: From renewing contracts to discovering cross- and upsell opportunities, your contribution is vital for expanding our existing customer business and boosting revenue.
• Account oversight: You will oversee a portfolio of roughly 400–500 SMB existing customers.
• Renewal oversight: You will take the initiative to renew customer contracts by generating quotes, negotiating prices, and documenting all pertinent insights in Salesforce and Planhat.
• Expansion oversight: You will pinpoint cross- and upsell possibilities, conduct demonstrations, promote awareness for specific products, and engage customers about the value of our offerings.
• You possess experience in B2B new business or existing customer sales, particularly for complex or consultative products.
• Familiarity with high-velocity sales: you are used to managing a significant volume of customer interactions and efficiently handling numerous calls each day.
• Experience in fleet management or the automotive sector is a strong advantage, enabling you to quickly grasp customer needs and challenges.
• Strong communication abilities: you can simplify complex products and concepts into clear, understandable language.
• Exceptional organizational skills: you maintain an up-to-date pipeline, prioritize tasks effectively, and work systematically to reach your objectives.
• You are motivated to continuously improve and approach feedback and change with an open, proactive mindset — demonstrating a growth mentality.
• You are fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus!
