This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquire new customers and expand the market: You will proactively engage with new companies and develop the trade fair construction, exhibits, and events market.
• Actively pursue new customer acquisition in the B2B sector.
• Establish a robust network within the trade fair, event, and exhibition industry.
• Strategically develop your sales territory across Germany.
• Provide customer advice and sell tailored solutions: You have a deep understanding of customer needs and present the appropriate solutions.
• Offer technical consulting on modular exhibition and event systems.
• Focus on solution-oriented selling instead of standard product sales.
• Conduct needs assessments, product demonstrations, and proposal presentations.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships: You foster trust and cultivate existing customer relationships.
• Manage and grow current B2B accounts.
• Establish long-term collaborations with agencies, stand builders, and businesses.
• Work closely with customers throughout the entire sales process.
• Understand the market and identify opportunities: Stay vigilant in the market and recognize new prospects early on.
• Monitor market trends and competitors within your sales territory.
• Identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Derive concrete sales opportunities from your insights.
• Enhance visibility and grow your network: You will actively represent the company within the industry.
• Participate in national trade fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Build a strong network in Germany and the DACH region.
• Contribute to strategy and achieve results: You will collaborate closely with management to further sales initiatives.
• Work in close partnership with senior management on sales strategy.
• Provide regular updates to the Country Manager DACH.
• Experience in B2B sales: You are well-versed in sales and comfortable in customer-facing roles.
• A completed commercial or technical training or degree (Bachelor/University of Applied Sciences).
• Several years of experience in business development, technical sales, B2B sales, key account management, or field sales.
• Knowledge of the industry is advantageous: Ideally, you are familiar with the market. Experience in trade fair construction, events, displays, event technology, or similar sectors is a plus.
• Hunter mentality and strong closing abilities: You thrive on identifying opportunities and closing deals—possessing a results-driven, hunter mindset.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and focused on achieving results.
• Strong communication and presence: You can persuade people both technically and personally.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident demeanor when engaging with decision-makers.
• Self-organization and mobility: You work in a structured manner and enjoy being active in the market.
• Independent and systematic working style.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Ideally, reside within the sales territory of Berlin.
