This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the implementation of sales strategies, ensuring they align with the portfolio strategy and product life cycles.
• Collaborate effectively with the Marketing, Business Excellence, and Supply teams.
• Liaise with support functions such as Credit, Customer Service, and Logistics to track invoicing and deliveries.
• Manage the influenza campaign, monitoring targets and commercial opportunities.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customers while assisting the sales team in their execution efforts.
• Directly assess commercial performance outcomes.
• Formulate the commercial strategy for the Non-Retail channel.
• Lead a team of Account Executives across various regions of Brazil.
• Track performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Assist in defining commercial strategies informed by data and market analysis.
• Develop, engage, and oversee team performance.
• Play a key role in identifying and nurturing internal talent.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders within the sector.
• Represent the company at market events and initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Oversee the budget for the commercial channel operations.
• Support practices related to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS).
• Ensure compliance with corporate processes and guidelines.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Preferred qualifications: MBA or a postgraduate degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing specialty/hospital/oncology sales teams.
• Understanding of the oncology/specialties/hospital ecosystem, including inclusion processes for protocols and drug acquisition.
• Knowledge of Brazil's pricing regulations (CMED), technology incorporation into the SUS, and supplemental health system (ANS).
• Familiarity with public and private healthcare management, including care networks (distributors and healthcare institutions), hospital billing, and the CACONs/UNACONs system.
• Strong commercial leadership abilities.
• Key Account Management (KAM) skills, with the capacity to engage with large buyers, hospitals, distributors, infusion clinics, and medical directors.
• Proficient in data intelligence and CRM, utilizing clinical and sales metrics (SFE - Sales Force Effectiveness) for informed decision-making.
• Proven high-performance leadership in recruiting, training, and motivating specialist Sales Executive teams.
