This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Propel localized business development and market growth for energy storage solutions throughout Poland.
• Oversee market development, customer acquisition and retention, and manage full-cycle project closure to meet annual sales targets while establishing a regional sales network.
• Collaborate with the company's PV sales team to nurture customer relationships and broaden sales channels.
• Identify upselling opportunities (such as expansion and EMS upgrades) and facilitate cross-selling of integrated solutions.
• Promote the brand locally by participating in regional trade shows.
• Arrange customer factory tours and host technical seminars.
• Work alongside overseas teams to promote products and brands in the region, engaging in industry exhibitions and forums.
• Energy Storage Experience: Minimum of 2 years in international sales of BESS/PCS/EMS; must have independently managed projects and possess familiarity with the complete project lifecycle.
• Local Residency: Willingness to accept and adapt to long-term expatriate assignments (≥10 months/year); must hold a Schengen visa/work permit.
• Language Proficiency: Business-fluent in English.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of ESS architecture (battery cells/BMS/PCS/EMS); capable of independently interpreting technical specifications.
• Commercial Skills: Knowledgeable in international trade (INCOTERMS 2020), letters of credit, performance bonds, and export credit insurance.
• Execution Power: Competent in independently closing deals from lead generation to payment; profiles focused solely on management will not be considered.
• Policy Sensitivity: Quick to understand EU and CEE energy storage subsidies, capacity markets, and changes in grid codes.
• Customer Access: Ability to connect with energy managers and C-level executives; familiar with TSO bidding strategies and industrial challenges.
• Resilience: Capable of achieving results in high-intensity travel and multicultural settings; thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
