This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and oversee annual, quarterly, and monthly business strategies for your territory.
• Attract and engage new prospects through inbound and self-generated leads.
• Conduct qualification discussions with executives and department heads.
• Secure new business and renewals, achieving or surpassing monthly quotas.
• Sell through internal advocates to various stakeholders as well as directly to executive management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product/IT teams to enhance HubSpot’s sales strategy regarding new features and products.
• Provide online or on-site demonstrations of our products.
• Complete questionnaires and RFPs associated with legal, security, and procurement.
• Promote the entire HubSpot CRM platform with an emphasis on the Enterprise edition.
• Partner with internal HubSpot stakeholders such as legal, finance, and security to meet complex contract requirements for our corporate clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role driven by quotas.
• Proficient in both German and English languages.
• Background in a complex sales environment.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives to facilitate change.
• Experience with large or key accounts.
• Experience managing a monthly and/or annual pipeline and delivering accurate forecasts.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding monthly and annual targets.
• Trained and/or certified in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., Sandler).
