This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers within the Indian market. Generate direct sales by managing all facets of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure;
• Cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders (decision-makers) of brands and agencies to comprehensively expand RTB House’s portfolio of new clients. This role is centered on New Business.
• Engage in product and offer presentations/pitches to prospective clients and agencies. Analyze sales statistics and develop sales strategies to reach and achieve desired growth. Collaborate with technical and account management teams;
• Conduct customer communications via telephone or email, adhering to established standards and procedures. Create formal offers and present them to potential clients;
• Provide high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction;
• Report on the status of sales processes concerning both existing and prospective customers;
• Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions.
• Familiarity with the online advertising industry, including key recent trends and a solid understanding of the RTB model is essential. Knowledge of AI, particularly Machine Learning and Deep Learning, is crucial for success.
• 6-8 years of proven sales experience in the digital advertising sector is required. Candidates with less than 6 years of sales experience in Digital/Retargeting will not be considered for this role.
• Established meaningful relationships with Tier 1 direct clients, showcasing both Leadership and Leverage.
• A thought leader in online advertising, characterized by both experience and a mindset shaped by numerous successes and failures.

• Excellent analytical skills, persuasive abilities, exceptional negotiation, communication skills, and fluency in English are required.
• Minimum - University degree; Post Graduate qualifications are advantageous.
