This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage in direct sales of contemporary digital payment solutions for both brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce within your designated sales territory.
• Actively acquire new customers, with a particular emphasis on specialist retail.
• Successfully conduct cold calls while effectively managing qualified, warm leads.
• Assess individual customer requirements and deliver customized solutions until closure.
• Continuously develop and maintain a database of prospects and customers.
• Oversee market share and revenue growth while achieving your personal targets.
• A passion for sales, demonstrating energy, perseverance, and exceptional closing skills.
• Relevant commercial training (e.g., vocational or business education).
• Proven experience in new customer acquisition within direct sales, ideally with a background in retail selling digital solutions.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with inherent sales talent.
• A professional, dependable, and personable demeanor.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and high self-motivation.
• A team player with robust organizational skills and a willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
