This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

• This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Water Sales OEM.
• You will be responsible for driving sales in the Desalination market within the North America West region.
• Oversee all facets of customer account management from a sales perspective.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with designated customers and distribution channels.
• Aid in comprehending the total addressable market along with market dynamics and trends.
• Build relationships with end-users, consultants, OEMs, EPCs, and other pertinent stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is essential, complemented by a robust technical background.
• Preferably, 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development within the targeted markets.
• Prior experience in the Water Treatment Market is necessary.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time is expected.
• Capability to formulate business plans and other commercial documents is essential.
• Must effectively utilize resources to address issues and develop solutions tailored to customer and partner needs.
• Demonstrated ability to project a strong leadership image and promote cooperative relationships with various departments and colleagues.
• Proficient in customer relationship management, business planning, teamwork, and execution; exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
• Ability to conduct well-structured training sessions and communicate technical information clearly at all levels.
