This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sales & Account Management
• Actively manage and nurture relationships with existing customers within target groups such as lighting planners, architects, wholesalers, and electrical contractors.
• Strategically acquire new customers in the Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria & Austria region.
• Establish and sustain long-term relationships with planning firms, architectural offices, electrical companies, and specialized wholesalers.
• Market Development & Strategy
• Recognize market potential and formulate regional sales strategies.
• Keep track of market and competitive trends in the lighting sector.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and product teams to effectively position our product range.
• Presentation & Consulting
• Deliver professional presentations of our product portfolio (Decorative, Outdoor, Technical Lighting) at customer locations.
• Offer expert advice on product range solutions, new offerings, and technical product features.
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
• Demonstrated professional sales experience in the lighting industry (including lighting, luminaires, and lighting technology; preferably from the decorative segment).
• Established network with relevant clients in the Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria & Austria region.
• Experience in B2B sales, ideally with lighting planners, architects, wholesalers, or electrical companies.
• Comprehensive product knowledge in lighting (decorative and/or technical).
• Proficient use of modern sales tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent German language skills; familiarity with the Austrian market is an advantage, as well as good English proficiency.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Independent, organized, and results-driven working style.
• Willingness to travel within the region (Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria & Austria).
