Sales Manager – DACH Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• We are eager to continue our growth! To achieve this, we need your expertise to enhance our brand visibility and to penetrate and broaden our market reach among energy suppliers and utilities, particularly within the DACH region.

• You will perform market and target group analyses while overseeing systematic market development and formulating a strategic sales approach, which includes marketing initiatives and the acquisition of new customers.

• Your role will involve establishing and further developing a direct sales channel aimed at municipal utilities and energy suppliers, along with the retail/end-customer sector.

• As projects materialize, you will collaborate with our inside sales team to prepare and follow up on quotes.

• You will also be tasked with negotiating projects, products, and pricing structures.

• Customizing appointments for each client and planning and executing customer events will be part of your responsibilities.

• Furthermore, you will ensure our attractive listings on relevant customer portals and relay market demands to our product management team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in electrical engineering (e.g., industrial engineering or a similar field), or alternatively, further training in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of sales experience, preferably in the area of stationary battery storage.

• A passion for the energy transition, a focus on the overall vision, and strong commercial acumen.

• A sense of responsibility, teamwork, creativity, and an independent, structured, and results-driven work approach.

• Proficient in business English, confident with Microsoft 365, experience with a CRM system, willingness to travel, and enjoyment in selling technically complex and consultative products.
