This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sales and customer support.
• Proactive development and support for existing clients within target demographics: lighting designers, architects, wholesalers, and electricians.
• Strategic acquisition of new clients in the regions of North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony, Thuringia, and Brandenburg.
• Creation and nurturing of long-term relationships with design firms, architectural offices, electrical contractors, and specialized wholesalers.
• Market development and strategy formulation.
• Assessment of market potential and crafting regional sales strategies.
• Monitoring market dynamics and competitor activities within the lighting sector.
• Close collaboration with internal marketing and product teams to effectively position our product range.
• Presentation and consulting.
• Professional on-site demonstrations of our product portfolio (decorative, outdoor, and technical lighting).
• Expert advice on product range solutions, new offerings, and technical features.
• Participation in trade fairs and industry events.
• Proven professional experience in sales within the lighting sector (lighting, luminaires, lighting technology; ideally from the decorative segment).
• Established network with relevant clients in the regions of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, and Austria.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably with lighting designers, architects, wholesalers, or electrical contractors.
• Strong product knowledge in lighting (decorative and/or technical).
• Proficient use of modern sales tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent German language proficiency; familiarity with the Austrian market is an advantage; good English skills are also required.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Independent, organized, and goal-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel within the region (North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony, Thuringia, Brandenburg).
