This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Formulate and implement a sales strategy for the designated DACH territory, in line with the overall go-to-market approach of the region.
β’ Generate a qualified sales pipeline via direct outreach, executive networking, existing relationships, marketing efforts, and channel partnerships.
β’ Oversee and direct the entire sales cycle, which encompasses qualification, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, pricing, contract negotiations, and closing.
β’ Promote the MDClone ADAMS Platform to healthcare systems, hospitals, research institutions, and academic medical centers throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by effectively conveying its clinical, operational, and research benefits.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers, including leaders in clinical, IT, and research domains.
β’ Ensure accurate quarterly and annual sales forecasts for the territory.
β’ Deliver market and customer insights to the Director of Commercial Partnerships, DACH, as well as to the Marketing and Product teams.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Commercial Partnerships, DACH.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in digital health, healthcare data platforms, analytics, or related healthcare technology.
β’ Proven track record of developing a sales pipeline and closing complex enterprise technology agreements.
β’ Hands-on experience selling to healthcare provider organizations within the DACH region, including health systems, hospitals, research institutes, or academic medical centers.
β’ Familiarity with lengthy, multi-stakeholder purchasing processes typical of European healthcare procurement.
β’ Established connections within the DACH healthcare ecosystem.
β’ Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken).
β’ Strong commitment to closing deals and meeting sales objectives.
β’ High level of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
