This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process for the hospitality sector in Germany and Austria (from prospecting to demo to closing).
• Utilize sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or BANT.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups.
• Conduct tailored discovery calls and product demonstrations based on customer requirements.
• Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, IT, Operations, Marketing).
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Provide structured market feedback to the Product and Leadership teams.
• Represent Guestnet at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
• Identify and research target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups).
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events).
• Qualify inbound leads and arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations.
• Maintain and continuously enhance the quality of CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive).
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop, validate, and scale effective sales playbooks.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on interactions with customers.
• Actively contribute to fostering a high-performing, positive, and collaborative sales culture.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS environment, preferably within a startup or scale-up.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic scale-up setting.
• Proven experience in selling to individual hotels and enterprise hotel chains, especially in the DACH region.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit – you aspire to build and influence rather than merely execute.
• Confident in navigating uncertainty and rapidly changing requirements.
• Demonstrated success in closing mid-market or enterprise customers.
• A "can-do" attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
• In-depth understanding of consultative sales and solution selling techniques.
• Self-motivated, hands-on approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus on KPIs and targets, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
• Based in Germany or Austria to accommodate travel requirements.
